When the Government of India brought in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code and proclaimed that CA, ACS professionals with experience are eligible to practice as Insolvency professionals, after they pass the examination conducted by the Insolvency and bankruptcy Board of India, the partners saw a way to create an opportunity. Mr. S. Kannan, appeared for the examination conducted by IBBI, and passed the examination with flying colours and became a certified IRP professional.
Having become an accredited professional, the firm, S. Kannan & Associates, are desirous of empanelling themselves with all the Banks and other financial institutions and offer their services as insolvency and Bankruptcy professionals.
